The Blog Machine / How it works
Your blog, from first conversation to weekly results.
The Blog Machine handles planning, writing and publishing. You bring your business knowledge at setup, then give final approval when articles are ready.
1. Tell us about your business
After you choose a package, we arrange a guided intake. We cover what you do, who you serve, your market, your voice and anything the content should avoid. This gives the blog a specific business and audience to serve.
We also work through the publishing setup on your domain. If you need a website, a website-build option is available during signup.
2. We plan and write
We build topics around relevant customer questions and prepare articles for your review. Content is written to be useful on the page: clear questions, direct answers, descriptive headings and supporting detail where it belongs.
SEO and answer-engine optimization overlap here. A useful, accessible article can be discovered in search and used as source material by an AI assistant. Neither a ranking nor an AI citation can be promised for an individual article.
3. You approve the work
Review your drafts in the client portal. Approve an article or ask for a change before publication. Final approval is your only recurring task under the standard workflow.
We handle the publishing schedule at your package’s pace: 6, 12 or 20 articles per month. Your monthly article count starts when publishing starts.
4. Your library grows on your domain
Approved articles go live under your business’s name. Each one adds another useful topic for customers to find and another potential source for an AI answer. You retain the published content if you cancel.
5. Results come to you every week
Your weekly update covers published work, Google search performance, AI access and discovery signals, and articles ready for review. You can use the portal when you want to check the schedule or request changes.
We distinguish impressions from visits, average rankings from fixed positions, and AI article opens from confirmed citations. See exactly how the Salt Harbor results were measured.
