Terms of service

What you're buying. A monthly content subscription: we research, write, and publish blog articles for your business per your plan's monthly article count, and send you a weekly performance report.

Month to month, cancel anytime. No contract, no setup fee. Cancel from the billing page and you won't be charged again; service runs through the period you've paid for.

Annual plans: pay for 10 months, get 12. An annual plan is billed once per year at ten times the monthly price and runs a full 12 months. Cancel anytime and it simply won't renew; service runs through the year you've paid for. The 30-day guarantee below applies to annual plans too.

Website build. If we build you a website, it's a one-time fee (waived with an annual Market Leader plan). The domain, the site, and the account it lives in are yours from day one; ongoing hosting is paid by you directly to the site platform.

Your first month never loses articles to onboarding. Billing starts at signup, but your monthly article count begins when publishing starts — however long onboarding takes, you get every article you paid for.

Publishing guarantee. Your plan includes a set number of articles. Once publishing has started (the first-month protection above covers onboarding — one remedy, not both), any month that ends with fewer articles published than your plan includes gets the difference refunded at your plan’s per-article rate — as a refund or a credit, your choice. Per-article rate: monthly plans, the monthly price divided by the monthly article count; annual plans, the annual price divided by twelve times the monthly article count.

30-day guarantee. Not happy in your first 30 days? Full refund, no questions.

The content is yours. Articles published under your subscription belong to you. Cancel and they stay on your site.

What we don't promise. We show you real numbers every week — rankings, traffic, visibility. We can't and don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue; anyone who guarantees a Google position is lying to you.

Good faith. We'll decline topics we consider false, unlawful, or harmful to publish, and either of us can end the relationship at any time.

Privacy

We store the contact and business details you give us to run the service — nothing more. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We don't sell or share your information. Want your data deleted after cancelling? One email: everitt@aimassisttechnology.com.
