Privacy Notice

Version 2026-10-04-privacy-v1. The Blogs Machine is a product of Aim Assist Technology LLC ("we"). We provide a business service. This notice covers our customers, their staff and visitors to our sales site and portal.

What we collect

• Account: name, business email, phone, business name and portal sign-in details.
• Billing: Stripe processes payments. We receive your plan, amounts and payment status; we never see or store your full card number.
• Setup and content: business facts, voice preferences, credentials, uploaded files, logos and headshots, domain and DNS details, and access to the social and analytics accounts you connect (access tokens are stored encrypted).
• Agreement records: the exact terms and privacy notice you accepted (text and version), when, the account that accepted, and your order.
• Portal activity: approvals, edits, feedback and their timestamps.
• Emails you exchange with us.
• Security data: IP addresses, used for rate limiting and in hosting logs.

How we use it

To deliver the service (drafting, publishing, reporting), bill and support you, keep the service secure, keep legal and tax records, and, unless you opt out, show your published work and results as examples.

AI processing

Your setup answers, files and feedback are sent to AI providers to draft, check and revise content: Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI, and for some drafting MiniMax and DeepSeek. To measure AI citations and search visibility, we send your business name, website and topic questions to OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Perplexity, Anthropic and DataForSEO. Please do not upload personal information about your own customers.

• Hosting and database: Fly.io and Supabase
• Payments: Stripe
• Email: Google Workspace (Gmail) and Resend
• Search data: DataForSEO, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow
• Images: Pexels (stock photos) and fal.ai (generated images)
• Social publishing: Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn, only for accounts you connect
• Site measurement: Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta, only with consent (below)
• Owner alerts: Telegram (operational alerts may name your business)

Cookies and pixels

• Necessary: portal sign-in session, security, and remembering your measurement choices.
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tags on our sales site load only after you choose "Allow" in the measurement banner. Personalized advertising and Google signals are off.
• Page-layout tests use first-party cookies only after you allow measurement.
• Meta pixel: a separate choice shown only on the purchase confirmation page. If you allow it, we send Meta the purchase amount and currency, a hashed version of your verified email and browser details, from your browser and our server. Declining does not affect your purchase.
• Client blogs we host show their own cookie banner. Google Analytics loads only after a reader consents and reports to the client's own account. We count page views without cookies, IP addresses or browser identifiers.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the providers above to run the service, where you direct us (for example, publishing to your accounts), where the law requires, or in a sale or transfer of our business, with notice to you.

Retention

We keep account and content data while you are a customer. Setup files and unpublished drafts are deleted within 90 days after service ends unless you ask sooner. Billing and agreement records are kept up to seven years for tax and legal purposes. Backups expire on our providers' schedules.

Your choices

Email everitt@aimassisttechnology.com to access, correct, export or delete your information. We respond within 30 days and may keep records the law requires.

Security

We use encrypted connections, encrypt stored account tokens and limit access. We will notify you of a breach affecting your information as the law requires.

Location and scope

We are a U.S. business serving businesses, not individuals buying for personal use, and not children. Our hosting and database are in the United States. Some AI providers named above may process data outside the United States.
