The Blogs Machine / Terms
Subscription Terms
Version 4 (2026-10-15-sprint-v4). Existing customers keep their current agreements unless they accept this one.
1. Who we are
1.1 The Blogs Machine is a product of Aim Assist Technology LLC ("we"). "You" means the business named in your order. The person accepting confirms they may bind it and authorize use of its content, accounts and domain.
1.2 Your agreement is these terms plus your accepted order (plan, billing period, prices, any included website and renewal amount), which controls if they conflict.
1.3 You are purchasing for business purposes, not personal, family or household use.
2. Blog service and reports
2.1 We research and draft articles and publish those you approve on your connected blog: 6 per month on Presence, 12 on Authority, 20 on Market Leader.
2.2 After setup, we prepare a year's library of drafts (72, 144 or 240) for your review. Annual billing buys twelve months of monthly service, not immediate publication. Publishing requires your approval, our quality checks, working setup and an active paid period.
2.3 Your monthly article count starts when publishing starts.
2.4 Once reporting is connected, you receive a monthly performance report.
3. Setup and your responsibilities
3.1 You will provide accurate business information, images and logos you have the right to use, and needed access; complete domain setup; keep your accounts active; and tell us when facts change.
3.2 You need a website and domain you control. Your blog runs on a subdomain of your website. Domain, hosting and other third-party platform charges are yours and are separate from our fees.
3.3 Drafting begins once we verify setup (payment, required information and assets, domain, DNS and HTTPS) and tell you the date.
3.4 Healthcare and mental-health businesses are not eligible.
4. First drafts
4.1 We aim to deliver first drafts (your initial blog library) to your portal within seven calendar days after setup is verified. This target covers drafts only, not publishing, website completion or search results.
4.2 If we miss it for reasons within our control, we will tell you and give you a new timetable. That is your sole remedy for a missed target. Waiting on you is not our delay.
5. Review and revisions
5.1 Nothing publishes until you approve that exact version. Silence is not approval.
5.2 We make reasonable revisions within the approved topic and scope. New topics or work outside your plan are new requests. For broad style changes we may revise a sample first. If two revision rounds do not get it right, the owner steps in.
5.3 We never silently rewrite approved work; a revised published article goes live only after you approve it.
6. AI-drafted content and accuracy
6.1 Drafts are prepared with generative AI and checked by us, but may still contain errors. Drafting uses third-party AI services, some of which may process your content outside the United States; our Privacy Notice names them.
6.2 Before approving, you are responsible for verifying facts about your business, credentials and licenses, prices, offers and testimonials; any required license, brokerage or other disclosures; and compliance with laws and advertising rules for your industry, including fair-housing rules.
6.3 Your approval is your instruction to publish that version.
6.4 We remain responsible for any plagiarism or copying of third-party text that our drafting introduces. Illustrative scenarios are labeled as examples, never presented as real clients or testimonials.
6.5 The service is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
7. Fees, renewal and cancellation
7.1 Fees are charged upfront through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the price in your order, for the same monthly or annual period, until you cancel. Fees exclude applicable taxes.
7.2 Cancel anytime from the billing-management page or by emailing everitt@aimassisttechnology.com; no call is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period and does not by itself refund it. We confirm by email.
7.3 We change your price only at a renewal, after at least 30 days' email notice. If you disagree, cancel before renewal.
8. No refunds; results guarantee
8.1 Payments are not refundable, except for the missing-article refunds in section 9 and the prepaid-fee refund in section 13. Cancelling stops future renewals (section 7.2).
8.2 Results guarantee: if, for the first six months after publishing starts, your subscription stays active and paid, your Google Search Console stays connected (section 12), and you approve your articles on schedule, so that no month's articles are held up by approval, information or access missing from you (section 9.2), and Google Search Console then shows none of the articles we published for you appearing in Google searches (no impressions), we will keep writing and publishing your plan's monthly articles without charging your subscription fee until it does. Email everitt@aimassisttechnology.com to claim it. We tell you by email before billing resumes.
8.3 This guarantee covers your articles appearing in Google searches, not any ranking, position, traffic, AI citation or lead (section 15). It applies once per business.
8.4 If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, we may suspend service while it is resolved.
9. Missing-article credits
9.1 After publishing starts, if a month ends with fewer published articles than your plan includes for reasons attributable to us, you may choose a refund or credit per missing article: monthly base blog fee divided by monthly article count (annual plans: annual base fee divided by twelve times that count).
9.2 No credit is due for articles that could not publish because approval, information, access or a required account from you was missing, where our work was ready in your portal and we told you what was needed. Fixing our own errors is never your delay. We record each blocker and tell you.
9.3 No shortfall is compensated twice.
10. Included website (annual Market Leader)
10.1 Annual Market Leader includes one template-based website tailored to your approved requirements, with revisions until you approve it, within the agreed template scope. Its timetable is agreed separately and depends on your assets, approvals and access.
10.2 We hand the finished site over to an account you own on the platform agreed for the build, show you how to edit it and confirm you can make a routine update. No hosting or maintenance is included. Third-party fonts, templates, images and apps stay under their own licenses.
11. Ownership and licenses
11.1 You keep ownership of materials you supply and license us to use, adapt, host and publish them to provide the service.
11.2 Your published articles are yours. When an article is published on your blog, we assign you whatever rights we hold in it, and it stays yours after cancellation or a refund. AI-generated text may have limited or no copyright protection.
11.3 You can download all your published articles from your portal at any time, and for 30 days after your service ends.
11.4 Stock and other third-party images remain under their providers' licenses.
11.5 Unless you opt out in writing, we may show your published articles and measured results as examples of our work.
11.6 Our software and tools remain ours.
12. Connected accounts
You authorize us to publish approved content to the accounts you connect and to read analytics and search data (such as Google Analytics and Search Console) for your reports. Revoking access may stop dependent services. You must follow each platform's terms.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end service for non-payment; a chargeback or payment dispute; unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content or conduct; misuse of the portal or connected accounts; or an excluded industry. If we end service for a reason other than your breach, we refund the unused part of your prepaid fees.
14. After cancellation
Your hosted blog stays online for 30 days after service ends, and then we take it down. During those 30 days you can still download all your published articles from your portal. Your published articles remain yours.
15. No guaranteed results
Except as these terms expressly state, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee any search ranking, AI citation, traffic, leads, sales or revenue. Google, AI assistants, Stripe and hosting providers are outside our control.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for lost profits or revenue, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and each party's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct or your obligation to pay fees. They do not reduce promised refunds or credits.
17. Indemnity
17.1 You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims to the extent they arise from materials or facts you supplied; matters that section 6.2 makes your responsibility in content you approved; your industry compliance; or your accounts.
17.2 We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims to the extent they arise from our drafting copying third-party text.
17.3 Neither party indemnifies the other's own negligence or misconduct. The protected party must give prompt notice and reasonable cooperation, and no settlement may admit its fault without its consent.
18. Law and disputes
18.1 Contact us first; we will try to resolve any problem within 30 days.
18.2 Florida law governs. Lawsuits must be brought exclusively in the state courts in Nassau County, Florida, though either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
18.3 Each party knowingly and voluntarily waives any right to a jury trial.
19. General
19.1 You agree to receive notices, receipts and agreement records by email and in your portal, and that electronic acceptance is binding. Checking "I agree to the Terms and Privacy Notice" at checkout accepts both these terms and our Privacy Notice. We keep the exact text and version of each, with the time and the account that accepted, and you can view that copy after purchase.
19.2 Updated terms apply to new purchases, and to an existing subscription from its next renewal after at least 30 days' email notice.
19.3 These terms and your order are the entire agreement. An unenforceable provision does not affect the rest.
19.4 Contact: everitt@aimassisttechnology.com. Mail: 96063 Somerset Dr, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. Our Privacy Notice (2026-10-04-privacy-v1) explains how we handle information.
